Great place with its cozy bar lounge, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. The staff even helped me return my forgotten headphones during my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

The location was handy for walking around Market City Shopping Centre.

Good modern hotel, I liked its central location not far from the super aware theatre and darling Harbour and the Novotel Central and paddy's markets and light rail. The room was great-sized and recently renovated and there were facilities, including a balcony, a lounge area and an iron. Excellent service, even though a few employees were not so helpful.

Well, the area was quite dark overall.

The security with having use your room key to go up in the lift, the excellent buffet breakfast and that their is a pool and gym on site.

Staff were generally great, upon checkout the lady I was dealing with was very smug and I also had an issue with getting my deposit released back to me but in saying that when I rang the lady in accounts was extremely helpful. I would stay again

Reasonably priced place, had a really nice stay for a business trip. The staff were best and absolutely excellent and knew how to help. We only slept at the standard twin room with housekeeping, but enjoyed it.

I liked the fact that it was very central to everything I wanted.

Since you havnt left room for complaints I have one. Was extremly dissapointed that I was going to be charged an extra $100 for the room. I spent at least 1 hour wasted on the phone talking to staff members about the mistake that they made. Was not happy with the outcome this one night cost me a total of $464. And all they offered me was a free drink. Pretty lousy. Theres no way I would recommend this hotel not even to an enemy if I had one. Look forward to hearing from you with something better than a free drink offer, before I would consider staying again. Mrs m Walsh.

Bed was comfortable and it was quiet

Stains on the carpet and the bathroom floor had dirty marks on it. Use of internet procedures was confusing and expensive.

The lobby was inviting, but the air conditioning was ineffective .

Convenient location and helpful staff; comfortable room without unnecessary "extras"

The walls between rooms may not be solid enough to prevent inter-room noise. I could hear children from the next room - not loud but enough to be clearly audible. Noise from outside the building was not a problem.

It is reasonably priced. The rooms offered are well-maintained and bright with 2 double beds and the bathroom, for example...

We loved the hotel's perfect location with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The family-friendly atmosphere, especially the delicious buffet breakfast offering lots of options. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four.

In my kids' opinion, the pool could be bigger for more fun swimming. It felt a bit cramped for a family splash time.
